Here at Andra’s Daily Yoga it is our belief that too much sitting is hard on the mind body and spirit, yet our lives are increasingly geared towards work, and most of us unfortunately do our work while sedentary. We would like to see that change. A little yoga here and there can add up and make a previously uncomfortable and sedentary day active and enjoyable. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
